• Job Details:Responsibility: Electrical Service Engineer: - Management maintenance team of Egyptian and Iraqi nationalities for operation and maintenance of power station (generator, transformers, synchronization systems) according to w.o perform by ENI as consultant and client (ZFOD). - Planning maintenance operation for PowerStation according to operation period of power station and manufacture standard. - Coordination with client representative about preventive and corrective maintenance due to w.o and follow all safety procedure. - Document controller for all project operation cycle using (Oracle and Mets) software. - Workshop engineer with crew from technician and helpers to maintain all repair and troubleshooting activities due to standards of manufacture. - Perform all testing required for delivering equipment to client and to serve at oil production wells with minimize of shutdown. - Technical support and consultant in own specific area of expertise for other teams of maintenance for troubleshooting and root cause analysis of defection of equipment’s. - Installation, testing, startup and commissioning of new power station with attached system as Fuel System. - Troubleshooting of malfunction problem for genset and synchronizing panel for power station. - Program the new controller for power station and optimize old software to match modification of systems. - Using all diagnostic program with all hand tools to perform all on hand job. - Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative Technical trainer: - Responsible about training program of client representative and new incoming trainee for project. - Prepare training plan and program, also material according to needed which achieve our engineer work within competency and safely. - Perform assessment progress required for trainee. - I have an accredited certificate of TOT and Assessor to perform trainer and evaluation of trainer.

Field Service EgnineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Passed all caterpillar training program academic and OJT. - Responsible about PM, CM and troubleshooting process for diesel generator and heavy equipment according to caterpillar procedure. - Coordination between clients and management to carry out the required tasks within the specified times to ensure client satisfaction. - Technical support for client all time to maintain productivity of equipment’s. - Perform training for client’s and also OJT to perform activity of client team efficiency and safely. - Financial negotiation with client to perform job with client satisfaction. - Conducting the necessary tests to solve existing problems, presenting ways to solve them, and choosing the best to ensure the continuity of operation of the various equipment. - Workshop support team for all overhaul operation.
