• Job Details:• Leading all junior staff to prepare the architectural shop drawings for all finishing trades • Ensuring that producing the shop drawings are according to the time schedule of the shop drawing list • Preparing all RFI’s for all missing, unclear, conflicting informations or other technical matters that may arise during the construction states and submit to the consultant. • Preparing the Variation Orders letters (V.O.) for any difference than the BOQ and project specs. • Contacting with the site engineer to solve the technical problem on site or submit RFI

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for preparing the architectural IFC drawings and details for different architectural work such as  Base Plans with its all partition types ( masonary, wodden & glass partitions , gypsum board partitions, …etc.)  Internal & External Elevations and General Sections,  Flooring Plans with its different types, ( ceramic, porcelain tiles, parquet, marble flooring, granite tiles, raised floor and epoxy paint with indicative signs for garage areas.  Reflected Ceilling Plans indicating the distribution of all lighting fixtures, AC Grills, sprinklers and speakers for sound system on drawing.  Vertical Transportation System ( VTS ) including all staircases, elevators and escalators  Another IFC drawings as Door Schedules, Finishing Schedules, Fire and Accoustic Drawings for all floors. • Designing and preparing the IFC drawings for wet areas (floor and wall tiles for both of toilets and kitchens ) showing the toilet accessories in the drawings • Preparing the architectural IFC drawings for miscellaneous details such as stainless steel handrail fixation, water proofing layers at roof floor, steel ladders, Fire Hose Cabenit (FHC), corner gaurd at for columns at basement floors, mashrabiya types and curtain wall details • Attending meetings with Structure, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and make coordination to solve any conflict in drawings to prepare a fully coordinated IFC drawings. • Answering the Requests For Informations (RFI’s) sent by main contractor for any conflicts in drawings or missing informations • Coordinate with the Internal Design team (ID) to produce coordinated IFC drawing for internal elevations • Helping the design team in presenting the design proposals to the client • Assisting the QS team in calculating the quantities for different architectural items
