• Job Details:• Report directly to the Maintenance Manager. • Responsible for developing preventive maintenance plans for entire plant machineries. • Responsible of electrical maintenance in the plant of producing (Yogurt, Drink and Cheese) • Ensure coordination with warehouse department on spare parts availability. • Development Of Production Lines To Meet Production Needs • Full responsibility for resolving machinery breakdowns - periodic follow-up on all maintenance operations in all shifts to ensure uniformity of work. Ensure right calibrations for instrumentation. • Full responsibility for reporting according to the stated quality systems, HACCP, and ISO in all maintenance stages. • Review and approve regular reports on the progress of maintenance work and means to overcome technical issues. • Evaluate employees’ performance. • Authorized to full access on PLC codes to inspect.l, diagnostic and modify (if required) to fix problems or match production requirements • Backup PLC programs for processing and machines • Update and development automatic operation for efficiency increasing My Work Projects: Programming operation of Process to OYSTAR_ERCA Machine for Dessert Products using S7-400 interfacing with I/Os through Asi interface and modifying Invesys Wonderware Intouch v9.0 SCADAsystem and make the interface through Profibus network as a test network, and Ethernet(PROFINET) network (Best OF France)  Programming operation of process to TETRAPAK TP19-125gm machine using S7-400 interfacing with I/Os through Asi interface and modifying Invesys Wonderware Intouch v9.0 SCADA system and make the interface through Profibus network as a test network, and Ethernet(PROFINET) network(Best OF France).  Design and implement and installation of complete processing line for white cheese production ( Tanks, Valve clusters and GDL Unit) incl. Programming, electrical installation, Profibus communication between GDL Unit system and Main control system, Asi interface implementation for Alafalaval Thinktop and modifying Wonderware Intouch V9.0 SCADA system (Best Of France).
