• Job Details:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervising all pipe line activity fabrication and erection of steam reformer and heater process unit • Responsible for construction drawings according to applicable standards, specifications, method statement and safety rules • Reviews the project schedule, progress for all piping system and As built drawing for piping • Materials receiving and inspection of piping materials • Planning of erection sequence as per site conditions. • Provides technical assistance to the Superintendent and keeps them informed on matters relating to quality control. • Supervision of WPS as per AWS and method statement of all work • Installation of pipe support , spring hangers and spring support • Deal troubles occurred during fabrication and/or erection according to deviation between Actual Site and design plan • Establishes communications with Design to resolve field problems. • Analyzes the need for field shop spooling. Pre-commissioning activity • System conformity & integrity checks • Water flushing, Air blowing, • Hydro testing. Leak test • Post test component re-instatement

• Job Details:• supervise Fabrication and erection of secondary steel substructure for cladding panels • Plant steel structure work Fabrication and erection of main steel • Responsible for construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications works as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules. • Supervision of WPS as per AWS and method statement of all work • Deal troubles occurred during fabrication and/or erection according to deviation between Actual Site and design plan • Provides technical assistance to the Superintendent and keeps them informed on matters relating to quality control. • Reports weekly installed quantities to the Cost Engineer and prepare monthly invoice. • manage manpower ,tools,equipment,consumables materials and supplies • Planning of erection sequence as per site conditions. • Reviews the project schedule, progress as built drawing.
