• Job Details: Planning for network implementations by creating the proper documentation including detailed schematics and configuration steps and making prototypes then implement the best solution that fit the requirements within budget and quality.  Monitor the performance of the network WAN connections by using PRTG network monitor software that monitor bandwidth using SNMP protocol and details of traffic such as top talkers, top connections and top protocols consuming bandwidth using Netflow protocol also checking logs of network devices using Syslog and SNMP traps.  Optimize and tune the WAN connections by enforcing firewall policies, quality of service policies and wan optimization devices which improve business and reduce the costs of wan connections upgrades.  Troubleshoot network problems arise and make root cause analysis to prevent it from happening again and also document the problem in incident report for future reference.  Planning for firewall installation by splitting network into security zones and identifying business services traffic that should be allowed to cross the firewall and the non-business traffic that should be prevented to cross the firewall and configure the security policies that satisfy this purpose in addition to IP addressing, subnetting and routing.  Configure static routing, policy based routing, NAT, PAT, ACL, multi site to site IPSEC VPN, different profiles mobile users VPN, traffic shaping, CBWFQ, LLQ, NAT with route-map.  Administration of domain controller by creating users and manage them, creating group policy, manage DNS and DHCP service by creating scopes and reservations.  Administration of windows file server by managing shadow copies, shares and quotas.  Administration of IBM Lotus Domino mail server by creating mail accounts, managing access and troubleshooting problems.  Implementation and Administration of IBM Content Management for archiving scanned documents for paperless organization by creating item types and attributes and install content management on oracle database.  Implementation of VMware view with vCenter and orchestrator for private cloud.  Administration of VMware ESXI by installing ESXI and manage it using client or vCenter to create virtual machines and utilize physical resources for best performance.  Administration of IBM Storwize V7000 Unified by creating file system and SAN volumes and attach them to hosts using ISCSI or Fiber and file system asynchronous replication for disaster recovery.
