• Job Details:• Prioritize Safety: Ensure that all engineers, supervisors, workers, and visitors from all departments know, adhere and utilize safety protocols. • Prioritize Quality: Know and strictly follow products specifications and dimensions within quality control measures. • Utilize hands-on experience in supervision of operations, troubleshooting, preventive and breakdown maintenance • Set and oversee raw materials status, track usage, and report cross-functionally to Demand • Planning: Set weekly/daily production plans in line and in coordination with the Planning Department (if required) • Cost Control: Responsible for tracking and aligning production costs to target • Ensure all manpower resources are trained and capable of performing their duties in line with organizational targets and strategies • Reports monthly production KPIs • Assist the Industrial Director, with a set budget, improvements, cost-saving tools, etc. for the department.

Shift leader EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Plans and manages production process to ensure that production is cost-effective. • Communicate and follow up with the needed materials and consumables to satisfy operation and maintenance needs. • responsible for cost reduction of repair and maintenance activities. • Coordinates resources, equipment and material to achieve planned delivery and cost efficiencies of production operations. • Calculating the production line wastage for the machines per shift and measuring the wastage according to KPI’s. • Ensures that products are produced in a timely manner and are produced within quality guidelines. • Establishes methods to meet work schedules and coordinates work activities with other units. • Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational manufacturing difficulties. • Communicates with maintenance department regarding maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and to prevent operational delays. • Undertakes operational duties as required to meet deadlines and cover for staff absences, filling in resource gaps. • Maintains the Inspection of machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization prior to running and ensures that all quality specifications are known per each operation and product, and conforms to specifications. • Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. to ensure the staff are working within safe work procedures. • Monitors environment to minimize air, water & solid waste pollution to environment. • Provides monthly reports to the direct manager on production performance against agreed internal KPIs. • Prepares and reviews monthly reports and communicates the best monitoring production report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met. • Manages staff to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained so as to allow continuous completion of work. • Manages Training and development of staff to ensure all employees are adequately skilled and experienced to perform all required duties

Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Plan for resources such as man power/ material to meet project requirements. • Planning the development of the project and to budget within requirements. • Support the manager to ensure effective delivery of the project on time. • Revision steel drawing and make quantity survey and material plan. • Ensures that Production output meets production targets. • Supervise and support with project team members the effective coordination of all project related activities. • Managing the modifications raised up during the progress of the work and keeping particular care of those ones which has influence on time, cost and quality. • Approving the request of the purchasing before their emission, checking their competences, congruence & the precise definition of the product which is supposed to be purchased.
