• Job Details:Establish operation & maintenance management system for project equipment's where I received my work at first start of the project and my main task is to always ensure equipment availability.  Prepared & follow up assignment plan for equipment operators according to project requirements.  Prepared & follow up maintenance plan for project equipment (including man power & spare parts necessary for equipment's periodic maintenance).  Make a training program for operators to ensure safely involved in work environment.  Follow up training for technicians to ensure more effective dealing with equipment.  Manage communication among sit & Co. equipment sectors to ensure effective equipment assign among other projects.  Achieved safe work environment by coordinate the processes with HSE department.  Contribute in managing the legal documents required to save Co. rights (Calibration certificates).  Share my technical knowledge with my team ( Technicians & Engineers) to stand on the best ways to eliminate technical issues.

Installation & commissioning engineerFull Time

• Job Details:1-Prepare the plan for installation & commissioning activities. 2-Manage mechanical activities to achieve the targets. 3-Prepare the daily & final reports to ensure effective monitoring & updating to processes. 4-Analyze the project obstacles and introduce solutions to ensure compliance to the plan. 5-Coordinate the processes with HSE department to ensure safe work environment. 6-Record lesson learned which involved recommendations to enrich PMIS.

Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:1-Manage reconditioning & overhauling processes for the Co. equipments (harbour & Telescopic Cranes-Loaders-Excavators-forklifts-Trucks) according to company strategy. 2-Collect data about the Co. equipments analyze it &use the RCM technique to Establish MMIS. 3-Following up the spare parts and discuss the alternatives. 4-Make effective integration among the maintenance center & other maintenance departments in the other branches. 5-Contribute in preparing the maintenance plan (PM&PDM) for the other company branches. 6-Introduce technical support and recommendations for the maintenance manager of other Co. branches especially in respect of hydraulic &pneumatic system and power shift transmission. 7-Gives work directions to 40 technicians after scheduling jobs 8-Coordinate the takes with HSE department to ensure safe environmental. 9-Recording & reviewing key performance index as well as quality & cost objectives.
