• Job Details:•Proactively coordinating between site project team & head departments and acting as central point of contact for the project stakeholder including client, contractors, and project assistants. •Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements. •Following, monitoring & controlling site progress. •Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team. •Preparing & following sub-contractors payment certificates. •Preparing material submittals, collecting supplier’s quotation, issuing purchasing order & following material delivery schedule. •Managing project budget & cost. •Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database. •Preparing & follows up with client contracts status & unpaid invoices and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.

Surveyor & Coordinator in Acquisition DepartmentFull Time

• Job Details:•Sites Acquisition for the points required to be covered using the GPS receivers. •Laying out the sites (Green Field or Roof Top). •Charting and planning the chosen sites. •Supervising the works progress.
