Contracts & vendor Management  Manage & review service performed by contracted service providers to ensure facility area needs are being met under approved quality standards and within agreed terms & conditions  Applying deductions as per KPI results under our agreed SLA in contract terms & conditions. ● Conduct monthly meetings with third party representatives to keep updated with ongoing operation activities, tasks performed and any further project deliverables.  Receive monthly reports from different vendors integrating all activities performed during the whole month and check if any needed recommendations to enhance service quality level. People Management ● Manage & coach a team of Facility supervisors, Coordinators & receptionist, utilizing their skills through checking a weekly updated action log identifying actions associated with target date per each action.  Conduct Mid-year & full year performance appraisal for team members , identifying strength & challenging points.  Recruit new team members that could fit with needed roles & responsibilities. ● Provide a learning environment, and appropriate training and development planning. Ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles and responsibilities.
