• Job Details:Operation Management ● Responsible on & managing all facilities operation for UBER-Egypt sites that includes Maintenance services, cleaning services, Motor fleet services & catering services.  Develop & implement Preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend lifetime of facility assets. ● Responsible on all space management and implementing space planning strategies to optimize the use of available space  Manage, plan and coordinate facility renovation & improvement projects as per business needs.  Ensure Projects are delivered well within time, budget and quality across the managed sites as per UBER standards.  Achieving the creation of asset register for assets and equipments including log history for each equipment.  Ensure facility comply with safety regulations and Health & Safety policies.  Conduct regular safety audits , risk assessments and inspections and coordinating with concerned parties for covering audit results.  Achieving the creation of new transportation policy that comply with operation and strategic objectivities. Financial Management  Prepare the facility department operating expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure(CAPX) budget lines needed to operate, acquire & upgrade physical assets as per UBER strategic objectives. ● Monitor & Control expenses and ensure cost effectiveness across all facility operation activities and project execution  Achieving cost reduction & savings up to EGP 1M through monitoring control expenses by applying maintenance philosophy rather than purchasing, replacement of vendors with lower cost with better quality and applying some cost optimization engineering strategies during operation & renovation projects. Contracts & vendor Management  Manage & review service performed by contracted service providers to ensure facility area needs are being met under approved quality standards and within agreed terms & conditions  Applying deductions as per KPI results under our agreed SLA in contract terms & conditions. ● Conduct monthly meetings with third party representatives to keep updated with ongoing operation activities, tasks performed and any further project deliverables.  Receive monthly reports from different vendors integrating all activities performed during the whole month and check if any needed recommendations to enhance service quality level. People Management ● Manage & coach a team of Facility supervisors, Coordinators & receptionist, utilizing their skills through checking a weekly updated action log identifying actions associated with target date per each action.  Conduct Mid-year & full year performance appraisal for team members , identifying strength & challenging points.  Recruit new team members that could fit with needed roles & responsibilities. ● Provide a learning environment, and appropriate training and development planning. Ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles and responsibilities.

• Job Details:• Oversees and coordinates maintenance/repair work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing. • performs facilities inspections and prepares reports. • Ensuring the implementation of the maintenance schedules for operation maintenance activities inside office. • Act as project manager for Renovation projects inside branches. • Design a new layouts inside branches that satisfy business requirements, preparing RFQ's and BOQ's needed for project completion. • Coordinate and integrate between different stakeholders inside project. • Responsible for selection criteria for different contractors that can perform the project in a good manner. • Define the exact scope of work(SOW) for the project per each branch as per stakeholder requirements and accordingly getting final quotation ready for tendering process. • Identifying all risk that could be accompanied by each project separately in a separate risk register. • Preparing time plans including all activities needed for project completion. • Monitoring & controlling daily working procedures on site as per project schedule and quality standards. • Monitoring Project Budget assigned to renovation project through different project phases. • Authorizing any increase in cost due to any change/increase in scope of work as per business needs. • Revising all contracts, term & conditions that making sure that they are serving our scope, work environment.
