• Job Details:Teaching students the structure and substance of the English language and following up with students to improve their abilities. Maintaining the behaviours that help or improve learning and exploring unique language teaching approaches. Assessing students’ progress through homework assignments, quizzes, exams, essays, projects, and progress reports. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and grades and calculating exam and assignment grades continuously. Creating well-lit classrooms with intellectually attractive learning materials and lesson plans that encourage student participation. Informing parents or guardians of their children's academic achievement as well as any social or behavioural issues. Implementing open-ended questions that draw on higher-level thinking skills in order to build a creative thinking mind.
