• Job Details:Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers.  Financial Risk Assessment for local suppliers at the start of the business.  Ensuring production and supply chain plans are aligned.  Oversee the purchasing process, from requisition from Geely International to order fulfillment.  Track and report on shipping timelines for SUB KD orders & ensure all deliveries are on schedule.  Monitor Local supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delays to ensure timely and efficient delivery.  Manage and optimize inventory levels, to meet production demand without overstocking.  Monitor and manage purchasing costs to ensure matching within budget.  Use data and analytics to forecast demand and plan purchasing strategies with Local suppliers.  Manage the end-to-end claim chain between local suppliers and Geely International.  Set and track the Technical change process application and implementation to ensure adherence to key project milestones and local supplier overseas orders production. Supervisor Sourcing, Purchasing & Pricing ( Team Leader )Full Time

• Job Details: Handling the process of monthly pricing for UCKD parts and Local suppliers’ added value to calculate the total cost of assembled part and confirm on Local supplier final price.  Apply Should-Cost modeling (cost breakdown analysis) with all suppliers (BOP Bought out parts or direct material suppliers).  Negotiate new price increase request for BOP parts & Direct Materials (Local suppliers’ added Value increase request).  Negotiate Local supplier RM increase request by working with sourcing and purchasing teams in Global Procurement functions (Nissan, Renault) to B/M with global Material guidelines Prices to obtain knowledge and insights that can create value and have sufficient negotiations with suppliers.  Study the fluctuation in prices & Confirm final prices for all NITCO branches (THI – INDIA- UK – BARCELONA – CHINA – MEXICO – SOUTH AFRICA …).  Follow APO prices and guidelines to manage all NITCO Biz in NMEG (Reduce Prices, Delay or cancel Increase).  Follow up budget guideline with all prices increase requests from suppliers and taking actions in case of any deviation.  Defines improvement plans and recommends potential solutions to update current parts pricing (FX – RM Prices Follow up).  Follow all Nissan cost up procedures to Prepare BAFO (Best and Final Offers) with suppliers.  Implementation of sourcing activities for agreed parts and materials to achieve Sourcing objectives (CR or secure parts delivery) ex steel – Harness – Glass sheets and parts.  Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques Ex (Float Glass sheets importing & Glass CKD Parts).  Applying (THANKS activity) principles & methods to decrease expenditure and wastes.  Negotiate commercial contracts for specific categories especially for local parts resourcing.  Manage AS Business account for parts price increase & freight Prices and achieving the lowest total cost that meets the business’ Goals and enhance Nissan presence in AS Local Market & export Market.  Communicate Direct Material suppliers to update volume for any elongation project.  Communicate local supplier to collect RFQ to collect the quotations to calculate the feasibility study for the new localized parts.  Set target cost for localized parts through LPP (Local Proposal plan) sheet.  Validate the new localized parts price and compare between local supplier prices & original supplier prices and confirm the feasibility study price to confirm the functional reply.  Urgent reports:  Monthly: - YTD report (AMIO Regional Report): show the Purchasing CR efforts monthly.  Monthly:-Issue monthly report with final approved prices to finance and MRP confirming the BOP prices to issue the local monthly orders.  Biyearly:-Support in Preparing Purchasing Financial Forecast with more than one strategy (5+7) & (7+5).  Yearly:-Support in Preparing purchasing yearly budget for all BOP parts.

• Job Details: Job Description: Sourcing & procuring / Suppliers Negotiating & Purchasing. Responsibilities:  Sourcing & Researching for new suppliers in Domestic and foreign markets especially in strategic Items. (Ensure high quality and effectively Price structure).  Engage with R&D, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Planning, and Design to ensure their requirements are met.  Negotiating and comparing offers (Pricing analysis) for new and existing products by gathering Price offers and breakdown cost to mitigate negative cost impact.  Encourage best practice within the sourcing, procurement, Purchasing process; vendor selection, specifications , negotiation process ,contracts implementation to active the best total cost of ownership  Issuing Purchase Orders for Local and foreign items, follow the all process till receiving goods in Warehouse and issue payment to supplier.  Tradeoff between insourcing and outsourcing opportunities ( Cost Reduction Opportunities )  Evaluate and make recommendations for stocking levels.  Urgent Reports: - Daily Report : - Follow up on pipeline material ( Foreign & Local ) Monthly Reports: - Supplier evaluation Report, Cost Reduction Report & DIN Report.
