Responsible for cost control, food quality, customer satisfaction, speed of service and work to profit optimization. Studying local competitors and their operations in order to make comparisons, and present them to direct management. Follow-up ERP system interface in branches & record documents in branches Responsible for follow-up both external purchase & internal purchases in terms of quality, best price, best payment system. Responsible for products importing (coffee - machines – grinders - etc) from the beginning of the order to the arrival of the shipment to the stores Follow-up of the actual monthly inventory & comparing it to the inventory in ERP system, follow-up on the recipe, and compare with the actual.
