• Job Details:Prepare monthly vendor reconciliation, Preparing cost center by analyzes, Preparing and compiling monthly financial statements, preparing tax reports monthly, Reconcile with the bank and with the treasurer, Responsible for total accounting functions, assure firm expenses are properly recorded and matched, Utilize IFS for timekeeping tasks and payment firm expenses; also I have good background in Voss, Preparing monthly Sales , Stamp , Payroll , tax returns, Review Vendor’s balances periodically with analyses and confirm it with the vendors to ensure accuracy of balances and Resolve invoice discrepancies, Support internal and external auditors through supplying them with all the required data, reports and documents
