Ibn Sina branches (45 branch) cover whole Egypt, deals with about 25,000 Pharmacy. Supply pharmaceutical, par pharmaceutical, cosmetics & healthcare products through more than 300 suppliers (Manufactures, toll manufactures, importers … etc.)

Duties:

• Yearly sales plan per supplier to achieve total company sales target
• Set yearly & monthly sales target per supplier for sales teams groups.
• Negotiate sales deals with potential suppliers to set win-win deals to improve supplier sales & raise company market share.
• Consulate our suppliers to set effective commercial offers to push sales , products launch , products coverage increase …etc , with the minimal cost & most effective way via unlimited will know smart solutions .
• Maximize sales opportunities of potential & promising suppliers.
• Set yearly Ibn Sina commercial offers plan (per supplier & even by item ) .
• Improve sales team incentive scheme according to each sales team group KIPs
• Allocate suppliers sales tasks on sales team groups (Tele Sales, Felid force team & Key accounts team) according to nature of each task & team .
• Set Tele Sales Add On List (push sales supplier & items) Plan.
• Set sales massages to be delivered by sales team for suppliers or items sales opportunists
• Organize all sales team ( 750 Tele sales , 300 felid force rep. , 140 supervisor & 19 area manager ) to work on suppliers sales target to achieve whole company sales per supplier .
• Coordinate between commercial , finance , operation & IT departments to make sure that all process are going well to support sales issues .
• Sales analysis on level of customers, suppliers, items, inventory & promotions.
• Business processes development.
• Management budget of collected commission from suppliers & paid incentive to sales team.
• Management of extra cash discount that paid for clients to achieve suppliers' sales target.
• Management of suppliers' administration Team.

Achievements
• Securing 50% of total company net profit, based on commissions paid by suppliers on in market or to market targets.
• Shifting company market share rank for 3rd company to 2nd one in Egypt pharmaceutical distribution filed.
• Shifting company market share contribution from 9.15% in 2010 to 17% in 2014.
• Shifting company from 1st growing distribution company percentage wise in 2009 to be 1st one money wise in 2013 & 2014.
• Increasing resources of sales team incentive budget 330%.
• Increasing sales team average paid incentive 300% (per employee).
• Development of Add-On & Massaging systems, to control all sales members' sales Add-Ons, according to organization objectives.
• Increasing Add-On (active sales) percentage from 9% to 17% & it's planned to reach 20% by end of 2016.
• Creating new sales section (Suppliers sales Section) to follow & control sales per supplier & even per item.
• Decreasing sales cost, by decreasing paid extra discount.
• Expert to set products promotions to achieve sales objectives.
• Expert to forecast sales output of all promotions types (per supplier or item).
• Expert to control products market price.
• Expert to divert sales from bulk sales to retail sales.
