• Job Details:-Receiving the vehicle from the customer as per M.B. active reception check list. -Discuss all complains with the customer and write the repair order using the standard text and flat rates from the ASRA system. -Following up the repairs till finishing the car wash facilities. -Informing the customer about the completion of his vehicle in advance to collect it. -Get customer approval for the additional repairs and execute the extension repair order. -Explain warranty and good will policy to the customer. -Advise customer concerning vehicle maintenance, accessories and technical problems. -Handling the service information and explain it to the customers. -Check up all service measures from the ASP System. -Coordinate with the service receptionist and follow up the reservation system. -Contain all customer complains to reach top customer satisfaction.
