• Job Details:• Ensuring that our venue is ready to receive new visitors. • Collaborating with the team to generate new ideas for our marketing plan and participating in events to ensure that we meet our objectives. • In charge of the entire booking process and gathering feedback through surveys, face-to-face interviews, or posting engagement posts to our social media followers. • Participating in B2B and B2C marketing events and providing ideas to meet our goals • Implementing marketing activity tracking systems. • Keeping track of progress with the Marketing Manager and the Operations Manager. • Answering all questions from customers throughout the tour. • Taking part in team-building activities to strengthen working relationships • participating in problem-solving activities • Providing all required accurate numbers. • Actively listened to customers, quickly addressed concerns, and escalated major issues to the main department.
