- Job Details:- Sets-up and provides maintenance to PCs, MAC Computers and related hardware/software - Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals, including mobile devices (Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.) - Documents, maintains, upgrades and replaces hardware and software systems for desktop and peripheral equipment - At least 14 years experience with PC hardware and software desktop support - At least 7 years experience with iPhone, MacBook, iMac hardware and software support - Working on windows server 2008, Exchange, DHCP, Active Directory, and BlackBerry enterprise. - Provide Technical Support to users in person or by phone. - Installing operating systems, software, printers, and scanners. - Provide user support to ensure the effective and timely resolution of technical problems. - Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. - Supporting all kind of PCs, laptops. - Analyzing and optimizing system performance. - Responsible for hardware and software maintenance and changing parts. - Evaluating and testing new IT products. - Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. - Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues. - Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate). - Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time. - Testing and evaluating new technology. - Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment. - Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end users problems. - Maintaining a wide range of computer hardware and software programs. - Identifying & reporting on the budgetary implications of IT projects and upgrades. - Provide secondary support for LAN administration. - Responsible for allocating work to junior staff and induction training for new staff. - Deploying new hardware & evaluating new software & security risks. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems, XP, Vista/Windows & Microsoft Office up to Office 2007. - Good use of MacAfee Endpoint Encryption (File Encryption). - Outlook 2010 configuration and troubleshooting (Email Client). - Managing Active Directory users accounts within given permissions. - Diagnosing all hardware problems to coordinate with vendor for quick fix. - Active Directory (Active Roles web based platform). - Installing and configuring newly hired user’s PC and iPad. - Able to communicate complex IT issues to suppliers and non-technical staff. - Commercial technical support experience of servers and network infrastructure. - Experience of Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012 Exchange/xp professional/ vista/7/8.1/10 office 2010,2013,2016,2019.
