• Job Details:• Lead the QC team. • Prepare and update the Test policy. • Develop and execute the test strategies and test plans. • Prepare the required templates and sheet. • Review test cases prepared by team members. • Participate in developing training materials. • Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and guide users for solutions. • Facilitate problem-solving between the end user and development staff. • Participate in service delivery process.

• Job Details:• Communicate with top management to fire future risks, and discuss the current status • Prepare test strategy and test plans • Identify the testing scope, based on the requirements and priorities using risk-based testing approach • Lead a testing team, mentor and coach them • Planning, monitoring and control the test work • Estimating the testing effort • Setup and configure test environment and tools • Review and Analyze business requirements and functional specifications documents • Writing High-Level test Scenarios and test conditions • Review the test cases and bugs reported by other team members • Capture and manage defects and fixes • Keep the Software Test Engineers motivated • write summary reports on test status • Perform Integration, System, regression and acceptance tests
