Operations manager Full Time

• Job Details:Rresponsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. The Operations Manager has management responsibility for the activities, operations, staff and resources of MTC within their division and plays a key role in supporting and responding to the divisional priorities.

Telecom project managerFull Time

• Job Details:responsible for working with various members of the operations team to manage projects from proposal through execution including management of estimates, budgets, schedules, performance, changes, and invoicing. You will be responsible to interface with a variety of customers and suppliers to ensure that jobs are completed successfully.

Rollout Manager Full Time

• Job Details:  Setting and modifying the rollout plan (Resource dimensioning, deployment plan and risk assessment) to achieve customer requirements (meet deadlines with standard quality).  Continuous balancing between resources, cost, PM requirements, rollout department policies & directions and customer satisfaction requirements.  Perform interface with customer for all deployment activities in different technoligies (WDM, LSY , TSS and SDH).  Perform regular meetings to monitor progress and solve potential issues.  Provide regular customer reporting (progress, schedule, quality).  Monitor performance of subcontractor and provide feedback to procurement and management.  Resource Managemen,forecasting and dimensioning.  Resources assignment and allocation for the different projects.
