HQ & International operations QHSE Manager Full Time

• Job Details:• The basic function of me is to directs, Manages and develops QHSE activities of assigned QHSE personnel in HQ and Company international projects department in addition to follow up implementation of QHSE regulations and procedures at other operational departments within the company (Construction and maintenance activities); • Sets directions and strategies to develop and directs QHSE Loss control programs at the company sites in addition to provision of professional advice and assistance to site engineers on QHSE issues; • Ensures effective implementation of the Hazard identification programs, reviews project related hazards and recommends adequate protective measures to eliminate accidents, HSE hazards, sets procedures for protection of personnel, assets and environment; • Identifies areas of unsafe working conditions, polluted and unhygienic work places and recommends improvements; • Evaluate and manage the annual QHSE plan and objectives for the company projects; • Evaluate the effectiveness of the developed tracking system to ensure proper functioning and fulfilling of the departmental objectives. Assists company projects /departments / sections in achieving their QHSE key performance indicators (KPIs); • Ensures effective implementation of the company developed QHSE plans and programs; • Assists QHSE corporate Manager in interaction with different interested parties inside and outside the company. Establish effective co-regulatory working relationship with the statutory authorities; • Review and manage initial capital and operating budgets for QHSE department. Control expenditure to ensure that they remain within budget limits. Report variance to QHSE corporate Manager with justifications; • Provide guidance, assistance, and advice to onsite staff, through interpretation of Company HSE practices and procedures in relation to current legislation and regulations; • Ensures that QHSE Management Systems application are implemented and continuously monitored; • Revise and manage the comprehensive audit/inspection programs to ensure that QHSE regulations and programs are strictly complied with; • Revise monthly follow up reports for the raised Nonconformity reports during QHSE audits; • Ensures that the company departments are prepared to OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 external surveillance audits; • Manage and directs the analysis results of loss control measures effectiveness and root cause analysis of incidents and accidents; • Regular head-to-head communication with management providing an effective and efficient relationship and understanding of company common goals and objectives; • Revise & improve QHSE department policies, procedures, manuals and work instructions in coordination with Company top management; • Review and approve a variety of QHSE reports and statistics. Highlights shortcomings and recommends new strategies for improving loss prevention and preventing the recurrence of incidents; • Revise and manage new projects, Shut Down and other critical jobs preliminary QHSE plans; • Prepares annual QHSE department career development & training plans; • Directs and Carries out the QHSE studies for securing the company employees, company work activities and Company work environment.
