• Job Details:• Assist Company manager and prepare reports on Machine Orders • Installation works for machine , pipe line and electrical wiring • Prepare Technical submittal and catalogue • Analyze all root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve same and implement all new process tools according to required order. • Coordinate with technicians and provide support to all teams and maintain quality of all work processes in systems. • Manage all communication with supervisors and ensure efficiency of all fabrication process and resolve all issues for processes. • Gantries and prepare detail drawings for all fabrication processes. • Prepare estimates and quotes for all supply materials and assist to fabricate all orders. • Plan all materials for products and ensure optimal utilization of all resources and administer product orders and ensure compliance to all timeframe for all fabricated products. • Provide support to all total maintenance programs • Monitors key performance indicators and initiates changes as required ensuring targets and product quality are achieved. • Participates with the operations team to ensure all safety, quality; operational and cost objectives are achieved.

• Job Details:- To Operation Department sections and Serve as a communication channel between sections and Maine suppliers. - To mediate for Operations Department developmental activities. - To Keep record of latest developments in process technology of flat steel processing. - To Log all Operations Department constraints and achievements for action. - To highlight prioritization of critical issues related to Operations. - Study and analysis of the failure for mechanical parts.. - Preparation of 3D drawings and video as per requirement. - Detailed feasibility study, fabrication, use and performance monitoring of this parts. - Design modifications of items related to operations. - Design of R & D Projects Time schedule sheet in MS Project with Project status follow-up chart. - Calculate of Projects Risk Factor by MS Excel Model with Project owner. - Preparation of auto CAD drawings as per requirement. - Insure of there is no positive impact on Product quantity and quality. - Monitoring, and reporting during of all project stages. - Preparation of Control Report after the project completion.
