• Job Details:Leading the strategic transformation of the facility from a clinic center to a fully licensed hospital, overseeing all phases of establishment, operation, and regulatory compliance. Managing licensing procedures with health authorities and regulatory bodies; supervising contracts with medical and technical staff; and developing the hospital’s administrative and organizational framework. Developing and updating operational plans, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and the achievement of strategic objectives. Supervising daily operations across departments with emphasis on service quality, patient satisfaction, and adhering to safety standards. Designing and implementing procurement plans for medical equipment, ensuring specifications, installation, and compliance with international standards. Preparing and analyzing annual budgets, monitoring financial performance, and optimizing cost-revenue balance to enhance financial sustainability. Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams through motivation, performance evaluation, and continuous professional development. Implementing quality management systems including TQM, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, and applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Kaizen. Representing the hospital before governmental bodies and healthcare partners; delivering regular performance reports to the board of directors.
