• Job Details:Costing Consultant Description:  Setup the governance principles framework through the different functions in Company and related parties  Developed team communications and information for meetings.  Created spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.  Determine the manufacturing cost system for the company.  Define the capacity and requirements with the strategic significant Plan  Estimate the cost of production and develop the end user reliable product standard cost.  Cost auditing for the plant, production and operational functions.  Inventory control for globe warehouses have different categories of materials (Raw- material, Components, Packaging materials, Chemicals, Finished goods and Spare parts stores) and Exercise Random inventory taking of stocks  Monitor effective control and follow up on the actual processing of the financial plan  Preparation of the interim estimates and projections  Calculating the financial performance indicators for the company managements  Appropriation changes in the chart of cost  Develop teams, structures, and key processes that will help to drive operational efficiencies, create initiatives and develop avenues for growth and development
