• Job Details:• Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, etc. • Ensure all job description is kept up to date and create where necessary. • Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant. Workforces Functions: • Carry over hiring and on-boarding process including the employee credentials, medical checkup, social insurance registering process, Draft employment contracts and conduct HR orientation • Handle and support all off-boarding processes for terminated or resigned employees through Clearance procedures, memos for remaining financial settlements. • Prepare yearly form.2 in coordination with social insurance authority • Track employees Attendance, absenteeism and Vacations in weekly/monthly basis and maintain frequent supports and administration to HR systems, issue HR letters, handle medical and life insurance communications. HR Analysis and Reporting: • Prepare monthly analytical reports such as: Overtime Cost/Hours Analysis, Vacations Consumption, Productivity Efficiency, Absenteeism Report, Third party Reports’. • Salary Survey /JD/ Performance Appraisal coordinating with Job Master. • Updated Policy and Created Handbook
