• Job Details:I am responsible to do the following : • Deliver reports and KPI • Collecting my team reports, checking them, do calculations on them and deliver to my manager. • Responsible on launching a new telephonic call center in multiple countries in the region (Middle East, North Africa & Pakistan) • Programming surveys for CATI (Telephonic Interviews), PAPI ( Paper Interviews), CAPI (Computer Interviews) and Online. • Creating dashboards and reports for the surveys • I am the local admin of our vendor team to resolve any issues and make sure that they are following the global instructions • Responsible to identify the bottlenecks and resolve them • Working on automating the long time or costly tasks for all the teams in the company and inside MENAP region using my programming skills. • Training my colleges and other teams on how to use new softwares
