• Job Details:The Egypt Competitiveness project is $31.7 million project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to assist the Government of Egypt (GOE) in realizing ambitious reforms . Key Accountabilities: 1. Response for planning and execution IT Projects that deliver Business processes , systems and infrastructure for clients to support the operation of business registration 2. Responsible for delivery, effectiveness and technical direction of the IT Projects undertaken by ECP Project. 3. Responsible for ensuring the project management standards are maintained for the projects as well as project documentation. 4. Business processes Mapping and Re-engineering for 8 different government authorities at one stop shop enter ( TAMAYOUZ ) 5. Creates and maintains essential project documentation, such as Communication Plan, Risk 6. Management Plan, Roles/Responsibilities Matrix , Service level agreement(SLA) , define project’s Milestones 7. Establishes technical priorities, standards, and procedures. Ensures sufficient systems capacity for the corporation needs. 8. Produce management and performance reports to an agreed schedule or upon request 9. Host/attend internal/client service/function review meetings, covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes. 10. Monitors project status and assignments ensuring that deadlines and scope are in right track . 11. Monitors and maintains quality and productivity. 12. Manage current IT Systems and requirements at Alexandria's governmental Business centers 13. Manage the Tamayouz CRM project from start to finish directing a team of MIS, Programmers and analysts.
