• Job Details:- Managerial Responsibilities - Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain - Preparing the organizational structure of the company and determine the authority and responsibilities. - Follow up job performance and setting KPI’s of the staff. - Create and implement correction plan. - Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required - Hold responsibility for department budget - Procurement Responsibilities - Negotiate prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies. - Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective. - Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors - Follow up Purchases order and sales. - Receive the customer orders and analysis of the orders To BOM - Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments - Logistics Responsibilities - Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers - Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs - Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers - Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues - Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations - Identify optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution. - Management of Sales of Company products in local market - Warehouse Responsibilities - Develop and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory - Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company. - Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. - Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. - Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles. - Planning Responsibilities - Demand planning of raw material and packing material. - Management the production plan. - Monitoring budgets, schedules, and other key performance indicators to ensure that projects are progressing as planned - Coordinating and prioritizing the work of other members of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget - Develop and implement an MRP system for planning requirements resulting in enhance coordination of warehouse inventory and optimization of logistics operations. - Operation Responsibilities - Follow up the production processes and quality in each processes. - Responsible for customer’s requests and introducing of new customers. - Breakdown the orders according to the production capacity - Management of packinghouse daily operation. - Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices - Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency - Quality Responsibilities - Overall responsibility for the technical operation starting from sample receiving to test results reporting. - Good controlling skills in filling areas, processing areas. - Good controlling skills in PET bottles production. - Good controlling skills in raw materials, packaging and finished product stores. - Assist in preparation of monthly summaries of quality issues &monthly activities reports. - Commissioning process and pre start up process at VCM plant. - Panel officer of loading and unloading plant
