INNOVATION AND RECORDS ACHIEVEMENTS. • Innovations : • Modification of Skagit Anchor Mooring Winches control in PLB-648 , resulting in reduce the breakdown time, cost of spare parts and minimize the troubleshooting time for the winches which lead to save millions of dollar to the company as a result of reducing the barge mechanical breakdown time, moreover improve the winch performance and response in 2013. • Developed a calculating software by excel for jack up barge which determine parameters for Barge set up at elevated position. Software can be used in advance to check any combination of water depth, air gap and expected leg penetration to check barge tower pumps operational conditions (operational, non-operational). This system used for all NPCC new jack up barges such as (SEP-450,550,650,750). • Float over of up to 38000 ton of Platform Deck by CARGO BARGE CB2 , CB 42 client ADMA OPCO UAE (ADNOC) to be refer to cv for more details .
