Logistics/Materials SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details: Processing different transactions in SAP such as Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Equipment BOM, Inventory Stock-check, MRP, New Stock Items etc.  Coordination with Deck Crew handling cargoes to be offloaded and backloaded.  Preparation of Backload Cargo Manifests, processing Materials Transfer in SAP after the backload’s been implemented.  Cooperation with Drilling, Maintenance, SubSea, Marine Departments with regards to keep track of Materials and Equipment to be ordered, delivered and handled in SAP.  Placing Purchase Orders in SAP, following up orders using Procurement department.  Liaise with suppliers for order tracking purposes.  Monitoring purchase requisitions from other departments for the purpose to figure out acceptable price  Identification of Wrong Deliveries and initiation of back shipment via Procurement Department in town.  Preparation and implementation of improvement projects.  Being a Safety Committee representative attend at monthly meetings of mentioned Committee to discuss various safety issues.  Attend at weekly Emergency Drills on various scenarios acting as a Muster Checker, followed by debriefs in Control Room.  Report to OIM.

Logistics SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details: Manage all Logistics Operations Procedures  Management of all Materials handling operations, Inventory Management, supervision of full inventory and asset valuation for Company owned materials/assets  Personnel and aviation movements – all 3rd party personnel required to and from rigs, crew changes, vital airfreight and ad hoc helicopter movements  Vessel loading, load outs and movements  Material load outs & manifests  Equipment tracking including rental, drill bits, casing and consumables for the drilling operation  Maintain Equipment’s and Materials cost sheets (compilation and valuation of assets and rental tools)  Daily interface with Drilling Operations and Reporting. Responsible for the coordination of all daily materials operations requirements for Drilling Operation  Coordination and management of material receipts, issues and returns to and from Supply base  Co-ordination and management of the Integrated Service Provider Logistics Personnel (s) Co-ordination of all Logistic Close out activities  Responsible for all aspects of Site Materials Control & Warehouse Operations  Responsible for overseeing identification, shipping and disposal of the project surplus  Ensure all material is maintained in storage in compliance with client preservation program.  Leads and coordinates all Warehouse functions and the personnel assigned to it: including but not limited to receiving, validating material per material inspection, material movement, preservation, storage and outbound logistics.  Arrange QA/QC support as required.  Manage inbound/outbound site logistics, site purchasing for construction and operations  Establishing criteria for the effective management of inventory, inventory accuracy, storage and movement of goods and services  Oversees the receipts of materials including OS&D reporting when necessary  Contributing to the establishment of tactical plans to achieve cost savings in strategic sourcing, inventory, warehousing and transportation objectives  Ensuring material received is the material ordered, inspected for damage and meets required specification  Ensuring documentation is complete supporting managed material and kept on file for record  Maintain inventory of remaining / scrapped / sold equipment  Maintain accurate identification of equipment / materials stored in warehouse or yard.  Ensure that all materials movement are recorded into the system to meet requirements as it pertains to documentation and condition for issue and re-use of returned materials.  Ensuring that all materials at the warehouse are stored correctly, are secure and in safe condition, free of damage in accordance with normal procedures.  Partake in regular briefings with Supply Base Team.  Other reasonable tasks as required by Management.
