• Assistance in the timely execution of the Performance management cycle for respective divisions
• Control employee files, history and performance.
• Manage government relation especially related to free zone authorities, ministry of foreign affairs and ministry of labor.
• Ensure proper discipline in office, maintaining attendance records & maintaining records.
• Manage and report discipline actions and employees complains.

Incorporate and Management Services
• Responsible for client’s new company formation, branching and relocation in UAE.
• Point of contact and communication with all free zones and offshore authorities.
• Advise investors to the best market entry methods and level of setting up.
• KYC procedures as per compliance and AML policies.
• Prepare proposals, engagement letter and contract management.
• Government relationship.
• Present clients in all company formation procedures.
• Setting up offices.
• Management services including HR, Admin and IT services.
• Attend major events and exhibitions looking for potential clients.
• Follow up with potential clients.
• Follow up and engage with other professional and alliance companies that provide incorporation services and third party management services.
