• Job Details:Responsible for a team of a six specialist engineers each has its own system specialty and certification to cover customers’ needs. Using Mikrotik systems. • Implement new DLP (Data Loss Prevention) system in addition to a centralized antivirus system from MacAfee. • New CCTV and IP cams plus DVR’s systems deploying, maintaining and managing. • Deployed intelligent UPS systems covering main areas and systems for twelve consecutive hours controlled through the network with automatic systems shutdown in case of any power failure for IT systems with SMS texting notification. • Managing and building redundant active directory environment following the company policy procedures. • On weekly basis a Duty Manager Task must be accomplished, where the duty manager is responsible for the hotel operation at night and guest in-house and hotel team safety are the main priority.
