• Job Details:ITH specialises in the provision of Chemotherapy, parenteral nutrition and CIVAS drugs aseptically compounded to be dispensed to hospitals located all over the United Kingdom. • Covering various SOPs related to production, quality and risk management • Working under a controlled environment to double check sterilized products at an end stage before final batch release. • Labelling and packaging finished products ready for delivery • Working with QC team to regularly check that labs and work environments are aseptic and sterile • Perform thorough inspection of all products to ensure that they meet the quality standards and expectations of the customer • Participating in the preparation of aseptic units, equipment and supplies in accordance with principles of GMP/cGMP under the supervision and legislation of the MHRA • Ensuring that all documentation is endorsed clearly and consistently regarding all batches being sent out, any hazards, or adverse/quality events that may have occurred. • Complying with all QA regulations as in the standard operating procedures of the company • Analysing customer dissatisfaction and any non-compliance or drawbacks in the products for inspection
