• Job Details:1. Managing a team of administrative & technical staff. 2. Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies. 3. Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair. 4. Performing routine audits of systems and software. 5. Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software. 6. Developing & maintaining the company IT systems, software and databases. 7. Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies. 8. Reporting to the IT Director & Chief Executive. 9. Having excellent time management, confidentiality & communication skills. 10. Having strong IT, commercial, planning and budgeting skills. 11. Management of server software and associated backup routines. 12. To evaluate, test, advise, train and support I.T. related projects. 13. Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & services. 14. Responsible for the recruitment and training of new staff. 15. Writing documentation for IT procedures, security and disaster recovery. 16. Maintaining documentation of changes regarding users, functions & systems. 17. Managing the internal & hosted network infrastructure including: firewalls, servers, switches and telephony. 18. Analyzing varied departments needs and providing the suitable solutions. Projects: 1. Planning, Managing and helping building a new Server Room using HP servers , McAfee Secure Int Gateway 3100 Appliance and Cyber Guard Firewall . 2. Published IBM Lotus Domino Messaging ver. 8.0.1 3. Installing IT/ Network Infrastructure 4. Installing Time Attendance system
