• Job Details:- Digital electronic electricity meter (that send it's reading & other data on power line using power line communication technology) production & Maintenance this meters Error (component problem, PCB problems, machine error, bad Soldering by human, working component polarity, component Performance, material error) & full management of team of technician for mass Production. - Testing and calibration of the electronic meter production on zera testing machine & testing it on PLC system, hardware & software maintenance of these machines and its peripheral and other system test machine as( automatic test station ATS for test the electronic board to easy fix the problem & CTS calibration test station that used for testing meter communication on power line) . - Working and electrical &mechanical maintenance of throwhall(TH) production line and its helpful tools & machine as (wave solder machine , manual insertion TH line , component cutting and pending preparation , wire cutting and strapping wire termination and many other tolls ). - working on installation of AMR (automatic meter reading) system and have good knowledge about the electrical LV& MV network structure and sharing on instillation of the first BPL on Egypt that use the power line for very speed data transfer up to 200Mg HZ (Internet, IP phone, life video broadcasting, ………). - working on production and test of heater with different electrical Spec and shapes & thermocouple with different types.
