Quality Control Engineer

• Job Details:Develop and implement quality assurance plans for MEP works. Coordinate with design and execution teams to address quality-related concerns. Perform testing and commissioning for systems. Verify installation of materials as per approved shop drawings and standards. Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality audits. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly QA/QC reports (log file) to project managers. Preparing all related documents, like material approval request (MAR), method statement (MS), inspection and test plan (ITP), notification for inspection (NFI) etc. Conduct inspections for MEP installations.

Quality Control Engineer

• Job Details:Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, etc.) to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Monitor the quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle. Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures in line with project and company standards. Review and verify design specifications, drawings, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate and supervise testing activities for mechanical systems, including pressure testing, leak detection, and system performance testing. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively. Ensure that all mechanical works comply with relevant industry standards, local regulations, and project-specific requirements.

Mechanical Engineer

• Job Details:Assist in designing mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, as per project specifications. Create detailed mechanical drawings and schematics using CAD software. Conduct mechanical calculations to ensure system efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Prepare and review BOQs for mechanical systems, ensuring all required materials and quantities are accurately listed. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures during mechanical system installations. Conduct onsite projects while mechanical installations and working with project managers and other engineers to maintain the appropriate installation.
