• Job Details: Managing Team of 50+ people.(Delivery Incharge ,Loading Incharge, Helpers)  Ensuring ontime Delivery of Product throughout UAE (Home/Project/Cargo/Dealers)  Ensuring FTL so that transportation costs can be optimized.  Co-ordinating with 3rd party for on-time vehicle placement.  Co-ordinatuin  Handling uncertainty like Vehicle Breakdown on road  Arranging RVP & RTO shipment pick up as required.  Identify RTO & RVP shipment and process accordingly.  Handling queries of salesman, Carrefour, Lulu ,Manama, Union coop regarding delivery schedule.  Ensuring turnaround time should be minimum for every vehicle.  Proper stuffing and Destuffing of containers.  Arranging Transit documents for reexport shipments.  Arranging gatepass for delivery in jafza.  Handling Team requirement like attendance, short salary ,attendance.  Circulating daily report like Dispatch Report to manager and salesman.  Circulating monthly report like productivity report ,Load report to management.  Arranging Delivery to Souq.com for FBS shipment.

Hub InchargeFull Time

• Job Details: Handling team of 50+ People.  Make sure that entire operation should be as per SOP.  Arranging vehicles from Transport Dept. for transporting bags to airport and next hub.  Following up with vendors for load pickup from hub for Malda & north Bengal on time so that time should not breach.  Following up with Destination facility for load receiving confirmation.  Maintain all TMS noncompliance.  Circulating monthly reports to Area manager , territory manager and country head of load comparison report, Vendor performance report, Service performance report, Load distribution report.  Positive Bags(Load ) receiving from Mother Hub, and sorting bags according to destination so that it can be loaded in that pattern.(Air Load)  NDD and SDD bags should be sorted properly and connection should be given immediately without fail as these bags are priority bags.  Ensure all bags Handover by Mother Hub should be connected at day end.  Maintain floor pendency should be ‘0’  Circulating daily day end reports to all the area managers, territory Mangers and Country Head like Floor pending report, Outbound report, TMS Cut off report.  Handling Team requirements, Like short salary receiving, attendance ,leave etc.  Load should be forwarded as per TMS connection (ERP).  Load forwarding should not breach TMS cut off.  Searching for misroute bags originated from my hub.  Leading the entire operation of my HUB.  Providing training for recent changes in operation to my subordinates and all team members.  Taking proactive actions in uncertain situation especially during TBBD.  Preparing and presenting presentation about current Hub situation (current manpower, challenges what we face , our initiative, cost reduction)  Maintaining 5’s in HUB.  Following up with Facility Incharge and Executives to keep HUB neat and clean

• Job Details: Arranging delivery of electronic products/Items as per order received.  Route planning of delivery vehicle considering entry/no entry timings in city.  Receiving and checking of fresh stock as per tax invoice.  Circulating current warehouse and showroom stock report (excel sheet).  Calculating aging of product above 30 days and aware the store manager.  Proper stowage of electronics goods in warehouse.  Receiving and destuffing of containers at warehouse.  Placing orders for products facing stock out situation.  Handling team of delivery boys and loaders.  Stuffing and Destuffing of containers at warehouse.
