• Job Details:● Responsible for deliverables and all aspects of the project over the entire projects lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close, continuous improvement) ● Lead Project managers to define projects scope and objectives, coordinate activities of a project team and identify resources. ● Support and approve the detailed work plans, schedules, projects estimates, resource plans, and status reports. ● Lead the Projects teams to ensure meeting customer specifications and meet the project schedule, cost and quality standards. ● Provide technical and analytical guidance to project managers. Software Development ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:● Responsible for the planning, development and maintenance of custom software solutions and ensure best practices for development are implemented, while identifying key milestones, risks and issues. ● Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives ● Lead development of standards and practices for SharePoint development including simple browser-created applications leveraging out-of-the-box SharePoint features, SharePoint Designer-created applications, and custom component development in Visual Studio ● Interact with client management to answer questions, problems and requests regarding complex systems issues ● Work in a collaborative development environment, providing assistance and technical guidance to less experienced team members ● Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems technical specifications that meet business requirement
