The 220 hectare site will accommodate approximately 8,000 - 10,000 people in 1,243 low density residential villas and 2000-capacity mosque, segregated school, retail center and 3 neighborhood centers that are designed and set in a landscape that is sympathetic to the Emirati culture. Responsible for residential architectural design development through construction documents for the villas, and for the non-residential development from concept through construction documents for residential club, retail center, mosque and school. Responsibilities also include the sustainability aspects of the master plan.  H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan City, Cairo, Egypt The project site is located in the New Cairo City, Egypt with an area of 2.175 million square meters and is located on the Cairo-Suez road in New Cairo city. The New Cairo is about 40 km to the east of downtown Cairo and enjoys a notably higher elevation than most areas in Greater Cairo. PM services using the latest methods and techniques to provide solid monitoring and management control to the project activities from the start of the project until the successful handing over.  Cairo Headquarters, Cairo, Egypt Corporate Headquarters Building; consists of 20 floors and 3 basements with parking to accommodate 250 cars. The project is located on a very privileged area of 2,156 sqm. with a built up area of 20,400 sqm.  Peace Vector 7A – Cairo West Air Base, Cairo, Egypt Construction and infrastructure upgrades for this project is in support of the Egyptian Air Force (EAF) procurement of F-16 aircraft and accommodating base expansion and upgrades for enhancing operability, safety, security, maintenance and training requirements for EAF readiness and operational reliability at Cairo West Air Base. The project involves new facility construction and improvements to existing structures and grounds. Facilities and upgrades for this project includes: aircraft storage shelters, airfield pavements, maintenance and testing facilities, housing, and training facilities.
