• Job Details:- Visit & Evaluate New Suppliers - Review TSB Specification EPS Mold design , Mechanical specification , tolerance - Visit supplier and explain specs and requirements - Scheduling the mold MFG and following up the schedule with the supplier - Inspect Samples and report results of inspection to TEVP members and to suppliers - Follow the mold productivity and report to TEVP members , also analyze defect reasons and find countermeasure with supplier - Review TSB Specification Plastic mold design, mechanical specification, tooling material, finished product material, and specs - Scheduling the mold MFG and following up the schedule with the supplier - Inspect Samples and report results of inspection to TEVP members and to suppliers - Follow the mold productivity and report to TEVP members , also analyze defect reasons and find countermeasure with supplier - Arrange to dispose and dispose the stopped molds - Follow up the approval for local parts (EPS, Plastic, labels, Owner Manual, cartons,…..) to catch preproduction and Mass Production of new models - Follow up the preparing of the trials of new mold for plastic or EPS to catch preproduction and Mass Production of new models - Follow up the productivity for EPS, Plastic, PCBA to match the plan - Follow up PP for new models to catch any problem related to EPS, plastic. - Follow up the Creating of BOMS by TEVP Format to start planning ,Procurement and the production cycle - Follow up the new parts and their specs to apply on production - attend trial and pp for plastic parts and metal parts.
