• Job Details:Assuring that the accepted parts are according to the customer specs. - Monitoring the quality of the products. - Reporting the foundry key indices to the Quality director and the MD. - review the quality first time figures and report them to the MD. - Formulate inspection mechanisms. - Act as the customer suppliers interface by handling customer concerns and eliminate the root causes of the reported defects. - Write discipline reports to customers. - Conduct weekly review meetings to follow up the plan. - make sure that the production is in accordance with the customer specifications - Responsible for in process monitoring. - Responsible for raw materials receiving - Doing Gauge R&R studies.
