Technical Customer Service AdvisorFull Time

• Job Details:Details : Simply assist all customers calling with any technical issues with their phones or network in a positive way and and achieving the required scores. Scores: AHT: Average Handling Time, which is basically the average time for each call for each customer and that is supposed to be 400 seconds per call. NPS: A measure for customer satisfaction which is measured by all the feedback surveys sent back from customers and the total is also divided on the number of calls. Target : 20% ACW: After call work, which is the time off queue for doing certain tasks. Target (6 Seconds) NBA: Next Best Activity which is basically a sales activity for each call where its a good experience to offer a customer a product in each call. Target (30%) Required qualifications and skills were basically, Fluent English. Quick typing. Multitasking. 'Anger-Management' or 'Self Control' Sales skills, negotiation skills and just the ability to control the conversation and make it good one.
