• Job Details:Including not limited:  Reviews and manages the completion of specific project modules or sub‐tasks as part of an overall project.  Develops and updates a work breakdown structure for the above sub‐tasks.  Coordinates Schedule & Cost Planning and Control with Planners, QS’s, Document controllers, cost and Project Engineers.  Works with the Senior Management to facilitate the development of an integrated project baseline.  Develops/Implements and reviews material and procurement controls.  Carries out Change control process and variation analysis.  Submits data used in the creation of project status reports.  Monitors and adheres to budgetary controls for specific projects.  Submits preliminary analysis reports to the Senior Management.  Submits regular performance reporting to the Senior Management.  Reviews and collates project information and fact sheets and graphical presentation materials for the Committees use in respect of the project.  preparation of the Master Schedule and Details Schedules for design and construction including review of A/E and contractor schedules, updating and status reporting to the Director of the Committee on same.  Manages the collation of design side and construction side documentation for the design and construction Master Schedule, and the preparation of output reports with recommendations.
