Operations ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Build up processes, procedures, policies and workflow to ensure the smooth daily operations. • Develop agile and flexible system to cope with the continuous market dynamics that impact our product and data specs. • Liase and follow up with business stakeholders to develop business roadmap to ensure covering the operations perspectives. • Monitor the performance and measure the short and long term objectives through a set of measurable KPIs – for a team of 100+ employees, Team Leaders and Supervisors.

Supply Chain ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Executing of supply chain cycle for mega projects (governmental and non-governmental) with different background stakeholders. • Issuing material P&L calculation sheet for tenders and projects. • Issuing projects schedule and cost management plan in accordance to project deliverables and P&L • Drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing contracts and addendums. • Ensuring that all project documents are communicated to all relevant parties to provide visibility, awareness and interpretation to support implementation. • Ensuring effective communication among teams and project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project. • Developing “As Is” process and procedures, conduct gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities to illuminate waste and create more productive environment.

Supply Chain ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Analyzing data to have an edge in making raw data useful using Big data analysis. • Responsible for developing the distribution channels to make sure delivering orders on time with the best quality of service and lowest cost. • Monitoring the regulatory affairs department to make sure all import permits are valid and available on time. Initiate annual forecast plans based on input history, sales strategies and market capability, and adjust demand plan upon • Implement ERP system for tracking down all open POs (foreign and local) during the whole purchasing cycle till receiving the goods at warehouse. • 25% Decrease in total stock value, by Analytically study item Class (ABC). • Monthly reports to be presented to Board of Directors through S&OP meeting with updated situation for every open case to follow up upon (Open POs – Stock analysis – Item coverage - Item aging - Goods/Contract’s expiry dates – Due payments – Updated Purchasing forecast) • 20% Decrease in landed costs of goods, by eliminate the Customs Demurrages and Penalties on shipments to the minimum, by always making sure that suppliers to send all clearance documents needed, properly and on time. • Started an In-house team development program on basis of Supply Chain, Microsoft Office and Critical thinking Trainings.
