• Job Details:Execution of maintenance jobs for Chevron factory in 6th October. 1- Boilers Maintenance and troubleshooting. 2- Calibration of instrumentation devices (SRVs , Pressure gauges, thermal sensors , thermal controlled valves). 3- Repairing of oil tanks (welding , finishing , cleaning, sand blasting , touch up painting). 4- Hydrostatic test for steam coils. 5- Pumps overhauling. 6- Fire fighting and fire alarm Monthly maintenance. 7- Electric panels Maintenance (PM). 8- Earthing periodic maintenance. 9- Loading ramp repairing. 10- Concrete repairs. 11- Fire fighting water pump inspection. 12- Fire fighting feed water pump installation , start up and commissioning. 13- Thermal insulation work. 14- Safe scaffolding scaffolding. • Roles and responsibility: - Responsible for Proposals and quotations. - Responsible for Technical reports and project Documentation. - Document control for the Project. - Responsible for activities planning and logistics managements. - Responsible for technical troubleshooting. - Responsible for Procurement and purchasing from technical side of view. - Responsible for work completion and jobs hand overs. - Contacting consultants for technical issues. - Responsible for releasing work permits.

Quality control Inspector (pipe fabrication)Full Time

• Job Details:-Activities: Participated in the ERC project the piping fabrication works at the 10th of Ramadan City. 1- welding workshop recording and visual inspection for carbon-steel material , stainless steel and P9, P11 alloy material the Main role was: 1.1- Application of WPS on welding process and ensure it is going. 1.2- Visual inspection for all welds. 1.3- Tagging of spools and spool registration. 1.4- Submitting workshop quality control report. 1.5- Ensure calibration of welding machine , welding electrodes safe use , calibration of welding heater , following the correct welding procedures. 1.6- Ensure welding temperatures are kept according to WPS specially for alloy welding. 1.7- Inspection of Welding electrdes. 1.8- Inspection of inert gas PPM percent for stainless steel welding. 2- fit up workshop quality supervision. 2.1- ensure dimensions are correct. 2.2- ensure Directions and angels are correct. 2.3- ensure the use of correct material , schedule and size. 3- leak test supervision and witness for reinforcement PADs. 3.1- test preparation. 3.2- Application of test pressure. 3.3- Inspection for any leak or pressure drop. 3.4- Submission of test report. 4- technical office : 4.1- review reports. 4.2- Review as build drawings. 4.3- Ensure report is keeping to as built drawings. 4.4- Mark up reports and correct mistakes. 4.5- Documents archiving. 4.6- Invoice preparation.
