• Job Details:Responsible about main store & others and material and tools distribution. Follow up daily reports for cars and drivers movements and cars services & Maintenance manages - receive and distribute items from main store to others. Control and monitor material & fixed assets movements in & out and prepare Inventory list every three months and follow up the inventory deference over & short With the reasons after checking all of the documents with the storekeepers. Register new asset, printing a barcode label on each asset. Receiving shipments Optimize asset control and inventory management processes to track accountability Identification, location, maintenance, contracts and lifecycle status. Effectively manage asset disposal agreements. Transportation responsible Company trucks & rented (Dealing with the Suppliers) In order to get best prices, follow up trucks movement between the sites, reviser of The supplier’s invoices & drivers daily report. Monitor stock levels, quality, security and Administration of the stock & manage stock control, recording data entry, planning, Controlling of warehouse, make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal training Ensure that workplaces healthy and safety maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area, arrange scrap request list and life storing periods Receives, stores, and issues supplies and equipments shipping export products supervising and arrange schedule for warehouse keeper & forklift driver & workers Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of Goods Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems; Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand supervising Warehouse activity as well as clearing agents to ensure smooth operation
