• Job Details:• Responsible for all new showrooms design, execution and site Supervision. • Provide consultation and guidance to customers and style consultant on Sales, product design and meeting the customer expectations. • Participate in a working environment where the strengths and skills of the team are utilized to the benefit of the employee and business. • Ensure that design team are aware of SEDAR roles and how to demonstrate the Sedar Competencies to all our stakeholders. • Ensure budgets and expenditure is controlled in a positive way showing a suitable level of freedom. • Coordinate with external bodies – Customers interior Designers to ensure customer expectations are met. • Implement strategic alliances with external decision makers in specifying agencies. • Support the other functions to assist in meeting the customer expectations. • Project Management of all activities, projects or initiatives implemented.

senior technical office engineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Provide engineering support for projects in various stages of design, estimating and construction • Assist Estimators with analysis of proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate • Assist Estimators by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work • Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures • Assist in preparation of bid packages • Assist Project Managers with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules • Maintain construction files and logs • Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals and change orders • Initiate, prepare, review, track and distribute RFIs • Track and inspect material deliveries • Assist in preparation of monthly owner project status reports

Interior &Technical office managerFull Time

• Job Details:• Design furniture for our company showrooms. • Review designs and pricing for showroom designers. • Help and train new designers and sales representatives. • Processing work orders and sends them to the factory for manufacturing. • Contact the factory for any inquiries and questions. • The link between the factory and showrooms.
