• Job Details:• Ensured that all piping work on the Assiut hydrocracking complex was executed in accordance with the project specifications and standard codes. • Supervised the fabrication and erection of pipe spools and pipe supports. • Conducted weekly HSE assessments and safety walkthroughs. • Organized the preparation of piping systems for testing based on the test pack limits specified in the approved test packs. • Prepared the test package as per the piping system and test package priority schedule

Senior Mechanical / Piping EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:* Performs day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site work of any subcontractor. * Study zone drawings in order to prepare material and equipment. * Supervises sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to the Project Manager in order to take necessary actions. * Coordinates and organizes ongoing activities with other trades executed in the same area. * Reviews the shop drawings and as-built from the technical office. * Coordinates with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems. * Organizes the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. * Prepares daily progress reports to the Project Manager. * Implements mechanical shop drawings on site.

Piping EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervising fabrication& erection of equipment and piping. • Planning and monitoring the workflow seeking/towards timely completion of the project. • Conducting welding procedures and performance qualifications. • Maintaining quality assurance and quality check records. • Assuring the lifting equipment tools are operated in a proper condition. • Checking the alignment of equipment. • Assuring the work is carried out as per P&ID’s layouts drawings &isometrics. • Checking visual inspection &radiography of the weld joints.
