• Job Details:Job description: 1. Planning process: • Conduct initial planning meetings and discussions with management to gain full information about the client business cycle and objectives • Draft audit scoping documents, identify risks, and draft audit program steps for each assigned audit area. • Perform initial audit inquiries to assess business inherent and controlled risks, and ensuring the firm is compliant with risk management procedures. 2. Field work process: • Led financial audits in accordance to all compliance guidelines, including Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Auditing Standards (IAS). • Reviewing all of the required materials for accuracy. This includes all of the account and vendor verification work, account reconciliation reports as well as financial statements and ratio analysis reports. 3. Reporting process • Preparing points for partner and attending partner review (as appropriate) and clearing points raised, also preparing management letter for issues need to be resolved • Assisting in the production of audit Packages, financial statements, reporting them to holding companies 4. Providing on-the-job learning to junior members of the team establishes clear objectives for audit staff at the start of the audit and provides timely formal and informal feedback to junior colleagues & Assigning workload to junior auditors and setting the engagement dates.
