• Job Details:Supporting Four-sites IT infrastructure of at least 130 employees. Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies. Build a VOIP Server From A:Z install all hardware parts “CPU-RAM-MB-PSU-( Sangoma card with FXS&FXO modules-CPU Professional Coolers” and install operating system ,configure it. install a call center module with multiple agents Reporting to the IT Director and Chief Executive. Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair. Administering & designing LANs, WANs internet/intranet, and voice networks. Managing Active Directory user accounts and permissions. Configuring File server by using windows server 2008 and I-omega Network Storage. Configuring and Managing Cyberoam UTM (Unified threat management). Securing our client PCs and Servers by using Kasper Server. Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations. Cisco small business & HP switch & Linksys Access point configuration and troubleshooting. Installing & Managing Elastix VOIP server, Polycom & Grandstream &Yealink IP voice phones. Administrating & Managing the Attendance Systems. Basic knowledge in Linux OS Developing new reports in the Dynamic AX ERP system.
