• Job Details:Review and verify invoices and check requests.  Enter and upload invoices into system.  Calculate every vendor’s debits.  Preparation of the Accounts Manual.  Making accounting entries and Prepare accounting entries for clients.  Restrictions on inventory adjustments.  Prepare a monthly report on sales invoices.  Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.  Assist with month-end closing.  Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments.  Prepare analysis of accounts.  Working in the statement of income, financial position and cash flows.  Report to management regarding financial activity of the company.  Work monthly and annual audit balances.
